Produced by the Sumikama Cutlery factory in Seki Japan, Kasumi knives are made from the most advanced materials, and the most advanced manufacturing techniques, producing knives to a very high standard.
Kasumi's original series of knives are made from 32 layers of Damascus steel with a middle layer of ultra hard VG-10 stainless steel. Beautiful knives to own and use, Kasumi's Damascus range features a natural pakkawood handle and an ultra sharp 15 degree bevelled edge hardened to 60 Rockwell.
