The blades in this stunning range feature a blend of varied steel textures and grades, with a chamfered, polished bolster that merges into the rounded back crafted from SUS420J2 steel, extending to a cutting edge made of exceptionally hard VG10 steel. Its double-bevel design combines understated elegance with excellent edge durability and resistance to corrosion. The light, cross-grain pakkawood handle is perfectly integrated with the tang and designed symmetrically to accommodate both left- and right-handed chefs. Slim and lightweight, the handle creates a top-heavy, agile feel, while the smooth transition from handle to bolster allows for comfortable grip between thumb and forefinger.
