Kai Shun Combination Whetstone 300/1000
A high performance whetstone to give superior performance for sharpening knives
The 300 grit side is suitable for removing minor defects, nicks and chips.
The 1000 grit side will give a satisfyingly sharp edge to the cutting bevel.
Supplied with a holder for ease of use.
- Soak the whetstone in water for about 10 to 20 minutes before use and make sure that it is always slightly wet during the sharpening process.
- Clean the whetstone and the case in water after each use. Wipe the moisture off and dry thoroughly before storing.
- After sharpening, please wash the knife with warm, soapy water. Rinse and wipe dry immediately.
- To keep your whetstones perfectly flat for precision sharpening, try our easy to use flattening stone too.
