KOTAI Hashi Tsuchime Nakiri Knife 16cm
The name Nakiri means “leaf cutter” in Japanese, and it has been designed to quickly and easily cut and slice all kind of vegetables very precisely.
The Hashi Tsuchime Collection features a decorative hammered finish which creates small air pockets, helping to prevent food sticking to the blade whilst cutting.
In addition to its aesthetic appeal, the Hashi Tsuchime knives are made of stainless molybdenum steel combined with a black pakkawood handle, which refers to thee raindrops and pebbles in rivers, especially those of the Itadori River in Seki.
