Kai Combination Whetstone 3000/6000
A double sided combination whetstone from KAI for fine and ultra fine sharpening and polishing of knives.
The 3000 grit side is for final sharpening, to create a superior edge. The 6000 grit edge is for obtaining a mirror-like polished edge for unparalleled sharpness and finish
- Soak the whetstone in water for about 10 to 20 minutes before use and make sure that it is always slightly wet during the sharpening process.
- Clean the whetstone and the case in water after each use. Wipe the moisture off and dry thoroughly before storing.
- After sharpening, please wash the knife with warm, soapy water. Rinse and wipe dry immediately.
- To keep your whetstones perfectly flat for precision sharpening, try our easy to use flattening stone too.
